Charges include removal of remains to this funeral home, basic services of funeral director and staff, basic sheltering of remains, embalming and obtaining necessary permits. It does not include a casket or alternative container, or shipping container, the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private prior to forwarding the remains, or any sheltering for days on which no post-death activities occur. Nor does it include transferring the remains to the airport or any other destination, or the charges of a common carrier, or anything not expressly stated as being provided.

Charges for direct cremation include basic services of funeral director and staff, local transfer (within 20 miles) of remains to the funeral home, basic sheltering of the remains, obtaining necessary permits, authorizations, local transportation to the crematory, and use of the area for identification purposes. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, private or public prior to cremation, or any sheltering for days on which no post-death activities occur. Nor does it include the actual cost of the cremation process, which is a crematory charge or any cash disbursements, or anything not expressly stated as being provided.

Charges include receiving the remains, basic sheltering, basic services of funeral director and staff with local transportation (within 20 miles) of the cemetery or crematory. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for visitation or ceremony, public or private prior to burial or cremation, any sheltering for days on which no post-death activities occur. Nor does it include transferring the remains from the airport or other source, or the charges for a common carrier, or anything not expressly stated as being provided.

Charges for immediate burial include basic services of funeral director and staff, local (within 20 miles) transfer of remains to the funeral home, basic sheltering, obtaining necessary permits and authorizations with local transportation (within 20 miles) to the cemetery, sanitary care for identification. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private prior to internment or any sheltering for days on which no post-death activities occur. Nor does it include the actual cost of the grave, opening and closing charges, any required outer burial container, cash disbursements or anything not expressly stated as being provided.
